Day one
The Holy Trinity-St. Sergius Lavra in Sergiev Posad and train to Rostov the Great

This morning you will take the train to Sergiev Posad. After a short 1-hour trip your local guide will meet you at the train station to start the walking city tour and visit to the Holy Trinity-St. Sergius Lavra. You will visit the white-stone Trinity Cathedral dating back to the 1520s, the Assumption Cathedral, built in 1559-1585 by the type of the Assumption Cathedral of the Moscow Kremlin, and other monuments of the architectural ensemble.

After the tour and before the train to Rostov the Great you will have some free time for lunch and continue exploring Sergiev  Posad on your own.

In the middle of the day, you will take the train to Rostov the Great and arrive at the destination point in less than 2 hours.Upon arrival, you will check into a centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is your leisure time.

Day two
The Kremlin of Rostov the Great and Yaroslavl Monastery

After breakfast the guide will meet you at the hotel lobby to start the walking tour. You will walk along the central streets, feel the soul of this magnificent place and visit the highlight of the city – the Kremlin.

After the tour and lunch (not included), you will takea one-hour train to Yaroslavl.

Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at the train station and conduct a 3-hours  tour.

During the tour, you will explore the architectural complex of the Transfiguration Monastery and visit the Church of Elias the Prophet to take delight in amazing frescoes.

The rest of the day is at your leisure time.

Day three
Ivanovo City tour and train to Vladimir

After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, you will take the train to Ivanovo - famous as the city of brides, the textile industry and the beginning of the labor movement ending the October Revolution.

Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at the train station to conduct a 4-hours city tour with the most famous landmarks.

After the tour, you will have a few hours as your leisure time before boarding the train to Vladimir.

Day four
Vladimir City tour and train to Moscow

After the breakfast, your local guide will meet you at the lobby to start the city tour.

During the tour of this town you will be taken to the Assumption Cathedral, which houses the world-famous frescoes of the 15th century by Andrei Rublev. You will get acquainted with the architectural complex of the Cathedral of St. Dmitry and walk along the central pedestrian street full of galleries, artists and local souvenirs.

After the tour, you will have a few hours as your leisure time for lunch (not included) and exploring city center by your own.

In the evening, you will take the fast train “Lastochka” to Moscow.
